Unused Credits:
We understand that plans change. You can request a full refund for any unused credits within 3 days of purchase. To request a refund, please contact us via email at yash@thehooked.co with the subject line "Refund Request - [Your Name]".

Refunds will only be processed for unused credits.Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase.Processing times for refunds may vary depending on your bank, but typically take 3-5 business days.

Cancellations:
You can cancel your account at any time. There are no cancellation fees. Any remaining credits in your account will not be forfeited upon cancellation and can be used until they expire.

Expiration:
We recommend using your credits before their expiration date, which will be clearly displayed in your account. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or reinstate expired credits.
